National financial institution, Flagstar Bank’s West Coast flagship financial center in Beverley Hills focuses on customer experience. Connecting with clients on a personal level, the space reflects the community-centric values of the institution.

Floor-to-ceiling glazing and an open layout allow for unobstructed views of the hills outside, which are reflected in design details that pay tribute to the California landscape. An understated, modern and elegant aesthetic emphasizes biophilic features such as wood accents, soft and natural forms, ample use of daylight and plants. An organic pathway of green elements provides a wayfinding feature.
The client-facing banking area and a variety of meeting spaces support a less formal atmosphere for transactions, while remaining highly functional and secure. Furnishings and finishes utilize timeless materials, and public areas are grounded in solid natural marble flooring. Abstract, nature-inspired pieces by Los Angeles artists add whimsy and color to an otherwise clean, neutral space.
Staff-focused areas aim at enhancing collaboration among colleagues. Designed with the same warm wood tones and white accents, the café provides the perfect oasis for employees to come together, relax and recharge.
